iSpark is a global AI services provider and an online company from India. In these terms, iSpark, we, us and our mean the business trading as iSpark. You and your mean the person or organisation using this website. By using www.ispark.biz you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What this website is

This site describes what iSpark does, what artificial intelligence can realistically achieve in various industries and business functions, and how we approach the work. It is written to be useful to someone deciding whether to commission a project, and it deliberately includes cases where the honest answer is that a custom build is the wrong spend.

It is not a product, a platform or a service you can sign up to. There is no account, no login, no checkout and no subscription. The only interactive element is a contact form, which sends us an email.

Descriptions of services, approaches, timelines and typical engagement lengths are indicative and illustrative. They are written from experience but they are not commitments. An actual commitment from iSpark exists only in a written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship.

Using the site

You may read the pages, print them, save them and share them. You may quote from them, provided you attribute the quotation to iSpark and link to the page it came from. You do not need to ask permission to link to any page here, including deep links.

You agree not to do the following, which we list because they are the things that actually cause problems rather than because a template suggested them:

• Republish substantial parts of this site as your own content, with or without modification, including as the body of another company's service pages.
• Use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it, including attempts to gain unauthorised access to the server.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited sales messages, bulk mail or anything unlawful. Sales enquiries sent through it are deleted unread.
• Misrepresent your identity or your organisation when contacting us.
• Use any iSpark name, wordmark or branding in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

We do not object to reasonable automated access for indexing and research, and the site publishes a robots file that sets out what we ask crawlers to do. We would ask that automated collection be conducted at a rate that does not degrade the service for human readers.

Intellectual property

The text, page structure, design system, stylesheets and code of this website are owned by iSpark or used by us under licence. The fonts used here are open licensed typefaces served from this domain under their own licence terms. Copyright in the written content is reserved, and quoting with attribution as described above is permitted.

Names, trademarks and product names belonging to other companies appear on this site where it would be impossible to describe the work honestly without them. They remain the property of their owners. Their appearance here is descriptive and does not imply any partnership, certification, endorsement or affiliation unless a page says so in plain words.

Where we build something for a client, ownership of that work is determined by the engagement agreement rather than by this page. Our standard position is that intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to the client on payment, and any open source or licensed components are listed in the specification before the work begins.

What you send us

If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you confirm that you are entitled to send the information it contains, and that doing so does not breach anyone else's confidentiality or rights.

We treat enquiries as confidential and we do not publish them. If you need a mutual confidentiality agreement in place before describing the problem, say so and we will sign one before the first call. What we ask in return is that you do not send regulated or sensitive material through a web form. The contact page says this too, and it is there for your protection rather than ours.

Sending us an idea, a brief or a description of a problem does not oblige us to keep it confidential where it is already public, already known to us, or independently developed by us. It does not transfer any rights in it to us, and it does not create an obligation on our part to work with you.

Availability, accuracy and disclaimers

This website is provided as it stands and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, secure against every threat, or current on any given day. We may change, move or remove any page at any time without notice.

We take the accuracy of what we publish seriously, and the site is unusual in stating openly where a technique is immature or where a claim depends on conditions. Even so, artificial intelligence is a fast moving field and regulation around it is still arriving. Statements that were accurate when written may not be accurate when you read them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSpark is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, and any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not permit it to be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

This clause is about the website. Liability arising from work we perform for a client is governed entirely by the agreement covering that work, which will contain its own liability provisions negotiated between us.

Privacy, cookies and links

How we handle information you send us is set out in the privacy policy. This site sets no cookies, which the cookie policy explains in more detail. Both form part of these terms.

This site links to external pages, including regulators, standards bodies, published research and product documentation, because a claim with a source behind it is worth more than one without. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Follow external links at your own discretion.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version. We do not maintain an archive of previous versions, so if a particular wording matters to you, keep a copy.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the laws of India. Before anyone reaches for a lawyer, we would ask that you write to hello@ispark.biz and describe the problem, because most things that look like disputes are misunderstandings that a direct conversation resolves.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this website. They do not affect, and are not affected by, any signed engagement agreement between us.
